Fall Special (August 29 to end of season): Stay seven nights and get two additional nights free
Deposit: Telephone reservations will be held for 5 days. Reservations are final after we receive your deposit, and you receive a confirmation from us by email or mail. You are responsible for the entire length of your confirmed reservation.
Cancellation: If you cancel after the deposit is paid AND we are able to re-book your cabin for the entire week (or duration) of your stay; we send back all but $100 of the deposit paid.
Extra Person Charge: $30/night - $140 week (Children under 2 no charge. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests over capacity.)
Early, Late or Shoulder Stay: 3-night minimum stay required.
Forms of Payment: Prefer check or cash (3% discount on cabins), but also accept MasterCard, VISA or Discover.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Summer reservations begin and end on Saturday. Check-in time is 4:00pm, so please plan to arrive after this time so we can properly prepare for your stay. Check out on the following Saturday is before 9:00 AM. We take pride in our level of cleanliness so early check-ins or late check-out cannot be accommodated.
Minimum check-in age is 21.
Each cabin allowed one dock space for a boat, yours or ours.

21' with 20 hp 4 stroke motor - $180/day or $600/week plus gas
21' with 40 hp 4 stroke motor - $190/day or $650/week plus gas
24' with 40 hp 4 stroke motor - $200/day or $700/week plus gas
6 HP Motor for 14' Boat $50/day or $150/week plus gas
Extra Dock Space $15/day - $50/week
All rates subject to 7.375% state & local sales tax.
Day Visitors: For the privacy and security of all our resort guests, please get prior approval for visitors and have them register at the office. Under some circumstances, we reserve the right to charge for visitors using resort facilities. ($30 per person per day) Please inform your visitors of our NO PET and NO JET SKI policy.
We Do Not Allow: Campers, tents, motor homes, fireworks, jet skis, ATVs, pets, or smoking inside our cabins.
